Summer at the Palouse Ice Rink is a full season of activity. When the ice comes out the programs keep rolling all the way through September: roller skating, hockey leagues, kids camp, skill training, and more.
Public Roller Skating
Lace up your inline or quad skates and take the floor. We have public roller skating sessions throughout the summer. Skate rentals available. Check the schedule for session times.

Summer Roller & Ball Hockey
The summer roller hockey program runs May through September with sessions for youth (6U–12U), teens, and adults. Drop in for a single session or sign up for the full season league.
Drop-in Ball Hockey is on Sundays and Fridays. Old-school hockey, just like they play in the neighborhood but with boards and nets.

Stick & Puck (Roller)
Same format as our ice Stick & Puck sessions — open floor time for individuals to practice their skills. Check the schedule for current times.
PARC Kids Summer Camp
A full summer of supervised fun for kids — indoor and outdoor games, pickleball, floor ball, basketball, Hockey Co-Pilot, roller skating, art, woodland activities, obstacle courses, and more. Camp runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from June 9 through August 20, 2026.
- Cost: $40 per day in advance · $50 drop-in day-of (if space permits)

Dryland Training
Summer is the ideal time to build the foundation that pays off on the ice. Dryland training sessions focus on off-ice conditioning, agility, and puck-handling skills — the kind of repetition that sharpens your game without needing a frozen surface. Open to players of all levels. Check the schedule for available times.
Private Rentals & Parties
The PIR facility is available for private rentals all summer long — birthday parties, group events, team gatherings, and more. Contact us to check availability and get details.
